Check and Money Order

We accept Company Checks and Money Orders. No Personal Checks are accepted. Personal checks sent to us will be voided and will not be returned. All checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. Currency. Make checks payable to: Silver Center America Inc., 47668 Kato Road, Fremont, CA 94538. Write order number on the face of the check.

Sales Tax

We collect California sales tax on all orders with a California address. Customers with tax-exempt credentials may call our office at 510-226-0701 between 9 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time, to obtain a refund.

Return/Refund

Cancelled orders will be refunded upon return of merchandise in sellable condition. Refund will be the through the original method of payment. Shipping fee will not be refunded. A restocking fee may be charged depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.

Shipping

We use UPS Ground or USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) for delivery to U.S. destinations. Transit time for U.S. orders may be 2 to 5 business days depending on location. Tracking information is available.

USPS International First Class or Priority Mail are used for delivery to Canadian destinations. Transit time for Canadian orders may be 7 to 14 business days depending on location. Tracking information is not currently provided by the Canadian Postal Service.

Transit time may be longer during the busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

Express Shipping Orders

Call our office at 510-226-0701 between 9 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time to place expedited orders with UPS Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Delivery Services.

About Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with an accurate and complete address. Address corrections after the package has been sent out is very expensive ($25) and often impossible. Packages returned to us with address errors often incur an additional return shipping fee (charged by the courier), which will be deducted from the refund of the cancelled order.
